Payment Terms

This Payment Terms policy explains how fees are charged and paid for services provided by TD Tax Return (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these payment terms.

1. Fees and Pricing

All fees are clearly communicated before work begins and are based on the selected service or package.

Prices are displayed on the website or confirmed in writing before engagement.
Fees are subject to change, but any changes will only apply to future services.

2. Payment Structure

Depending on the service, payments may be:

  • One-off payments (e.g. account setup services)

  • Monthly instalments toward an annual fee

  • Annual payments for compliance services

Monthly payments are instalments of the annual service fee, not separate monthly services.

3. Start of Work

Work begins only after:

  • the onboarding form has been received

  • the engagement terms are accepted

  • the first payment has been made (where applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, including monthly instalments.

If a client cancels before work has started, no further payments will be due.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • completed or partially completed work

  • delays caused by missing or late information

  • services already delivered

5. Additional Work

If work falls outside the agreed scope (for example, amendments, HMRC enquiries, or additional income sources), this will be quoted separately before proceeding.

No additional work will be carried out without client approval.

6. Late or Missing Information

If required information is not provided on time, this may:

  • delay submission

  • result in additional fees

  • limit our ability to meet HMRC deadlines

TD Tax Return is not responsible for penalties caused by late or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. HMRC Fees and Refunds

HMRC processing times and refund decisions are outside our control.

We cannot guarantee:

  • refund amounts

  • processing speed

  • HMRC outcomes

8. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • online card payment

  • bank transfer

  • other methods as specified at checkout
